The solar panel (10) extension I had installed in September 2024 was done in less than 2 days and is working effectively now! It was installed by excellent professionals!
It’s 6. Months since my solar batteries were installed. I was very impressed with the installation itself, the job was done quickly and efficiently and I think my garage was left tidier than they found it.I have just had my first full FIT reading and payment and am delighted with the saving the batteries have made.
Excellent job, The staff were knowledgeable, did a brilliant job and were really helpful. Really glad we got the panels as we are making money with the solar panels. Would really recommend them - in fact, I already have.
They did exactly what they promised to do. Arriving on the correct day, at the agreed hour, the whole system even though it was complicated, it was all done, clean and tidy, and left my house at 4pm as promised.Polite, courteous and clean.I would recommend this company 101% to anybody
We had two installations by Solarstyle and both went well. However, a failure with part of one of the installations took an age to fix and now it appears that the information given by solar style for the MCS certificate is incorrect. In both cases when trying to contact Solar style I get no response especially via their email.
Only had panels for a few days but so far so good and can see the benefits in our electric bill straight away. Installation was quick and easy, the installation team were great, friendly, informative and left no mess. Stuart our sales man was also informative, has stayed in contact with us and has been very helpful. Would recommend Solar Style Distributions.
The people that came to install the solar panels were very polite and I was pleased with the end result. They made sure all the mess was cleaned up and nothing was left behind. I would definitely recommend them.
I contacted Solar Style 3 months ago about a fault which had developed on my Solar I-boost, which was causing the mains switch on the RCD to trip, thereby cutting off electricity to the upstairs of my property. A neighbour who is an electrician isolated the Solar I-boost so that I could have the electricity reconnected to the rest of my house. I contacted you to ask whether you could replace the Solar I-boost or whether this was something I would have to arrange myself, and since then I have been unable to get any response from you. All I have been told is that you have contacted Marlec (the manufacturers of the I-boost) by email but have had no reply. I phoned again today and was told that you have sent another email to Marlec, but that you do not follow up on emails which go unanswered. This leaves me in the position of not knowing what action to take next. If Marlec do not reply, and you do not follow this up, where does that leave me? I just feel as if I am being fobbed off, and of course I am now in the position where I am unable to get any hot water from the solar surplus or from the immersion heater.All I want is a definite answer one way or another as to whether you can assist me with this repair.
After getting a new bt hub we found could not to connect to the Fox cloud. We contacted Solar style distributions and spoke to Ghania Ahmed she was so helpful and knowledgeable and has now resolved our problem thank you
We originally bought solar panels and a few years later batteries and then added another battery. All the Solar Style staff from sales men through to the installation teams were knowledgeable polite and courteous always came up with a good deal.The fitting teams worked efficiently and cleanly taking all the packaging and other rubbish away with them.Would definitely recommend them and use them again should we need to get anything more.
Excellent service all completed in one day, the scafolders arrived first erected 2 sets of scaffolding followed by the panel installers and followed again by the electricians, hey presto up and working.Now in receipt of the nessesssry paper work, very satisfied

Following my previous review on 30 Jan 2025, I was contacted by Solar Style’s Sales Manager. I explained to him the issues I was having trying to contact them to arrange for someone to check my system following technical issues; after a cordial conversation I was informed that he would personally sort out the issue and confirmed that the problems I was having were inexcusable. I was invited to contact him at anytime ( “although please be aware that if you call me at 2am I will be snoring”) should I have any further issues. Several hours later I was again contacted to say that a technician would be working in my local area on Wednesday 5th February and could get to me by 2pm. At around 4:30pm I was contacted by the Sales Manager to be told that the technician was no longer attending. Frustrated by the lack of communication (which he had previously apologised for and promised would not happen again) I informed him I had taken a days holiday and felt very disappointed and let down again. At this point the mood of the conversation changed and the tone of the communication felt confrontational. Having been asked when next would suit me, I was informed that Wednesday 10th February would the new time for me to receive a visit but he had to have “a couple of conversations first”. About 15 minutes later I was left a voice message to call him back, which I did. I was categorically told that someone WOULD be with me after 2pm on the 10th of February, but he would confirm a more precise time on that morning. Again and in good faith I have taken another day off work. At 12: 30pm I text messaged the sales manager to enquire what time a technician should be with me; I had no response so sent the message again at 13:56pm? I then decided to call the office number as I was aware that the sales manager could be off or unavailable. I made the appropriate department selection and explained to the lady that I was expecting a technician visit as agreed the week before with the Sales Manager…I was put on hold whilst the staff member spoke to him. Some minutes later I was told that the Sales Manager had informed her that no one was coming and that following a “meeting” I should be contacted on Friday the 14th February 2025; however, if I was not contacted I should call them! Having been reassured on the 30th of January that this situation was poor and that “there is no excuse or argument with my complaint raised” I would have a tech visit to sort the issue out on the 5th and then have that cancelled and be rearranged for the 10th of February; to then have no comms as promised and for me to chase them again to be told no one is coming again (despite me now having lost 2 x holiday days) is beyond unprofessional. On initial contact with the company I had no complaints, the installation team were fantastic for both the initial install and my subsequent purchase of a second battery; unfortunately the Customer Service support is suboptimal to say the least. I continue to wait again now, with little confidence as a customer who has spent over £10,000.00 cannot get the basic support promised.
I was very pleased with the team who fitted the solar panels they are a credit to the company, also the two young electricians who work endlessly to achieve our route of the cable between the inverter and the consumer unit there were also a credit to the company nothing seemed to much, the carpenter who came to fie the broken roof panel they were all a asset to the company and I would recommend this company to anyone who wanted solar panels 10 out of 10. Last by no mean leased the staff from the main office who answered all my questions. Probably the best company I have ever used
