After suffering a poor experience with Tomato Homes Patrick Day who has take over as National Operations Manager for Norther Gas Heating (which has taken over responsibility for Tomato Homes). Patrick contacted me personally to discuss my problem and in due course generously agreed to replace my entire system with a DNO compliant one.I cannot thank him and his team enough the service was excellent and Paul, Lee and Mick completed the install perfectly.
