We have had an ongoing pigeon problem under the solar panels on our roof. I contacted ECOVISION last September. We are in a rent a roof scheme and they are the management company. It has taken them until 10 days ago to finally put up pigeon mesh around the solar panels.However, whichever company they used to complete this job, they put the mesh up without clearing underneath of nest debris or cleaning and disinfecting the roof. The mesh has already lifted up, and 2 pigeons are trapped underneath. We are not sure if the pigeons were underneath when they put the mesh on and they've tried to push out or they have slipped under the badly installed mesh. I contacted ECOVISION immediately after i returned from work to see the mesh up to inform them the company did not clear the underneath. They asked me to send photos, which i did. I have not heard back from them since. I suggested that the scaffolding stay up so the issue can be rectified but a few days later the scaffolding was taken down whilst i was at work. Whichever way, I have tried to contact Ecovision, as I have done over the last 9 months, with failure on their part to contact me back, send emails ect.I honestly don't know where to turn. We signed up to a rent a roof scheme, with Ecovision as the management company. I would just like them to do something properly. We will need to contact RSPCA today and see what we can do now about the trapped pigeons. This whole situation is causing lack of sleep, anxiety and frustration.

Great experience and service!I've had a really positive experience with Ecovision. The team was helpful, professional, and made the whole process smooth.I’ve noticed some comments where people seem to misunderstand how things work—just to clarify, Ecovision doesn’t actually own the solar panels on people’s roofs, so they’re not responsible for deciding on things like bird protection or repairs. That’s usually up to the system owner or the management company.Overall, I’ve been really happy with their service and would recommend them to others!

The worst company to deal with. Not taking our pigeon issue seriously and now plagued by their outbound calling system. They have an engineer coming but cannot confirm any details by email.

I am now at the point of leaving a review on a public forum because of the complete incompetence of this firm. They no longer have any involvement with our solar panels as advised by them. I keep receiving cold calls from a call centre, that when you answer the phone it then starts ringing them and they then answer. I advised that they no longer have any involvement in my solar panels, please remove me from your contacts etc and they hung up. More calls still come, every day, with a 1 sec voicemail each time. I have called them back at least 5 times now and spoken to Lucien who repeatedly reassures me this has been updated, my number has been removed. I have also submitted a contact form online wishing to raise a formal complaint, no response or acknowledgement. STOP HARASSING ME AND REMOVE MY DETAILS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I want to give praise and thsnk you to Mohammad. I had dealt with Mohammad a few times snd each time I spoke to him he was very polite, ,very professional, he listened to me and made me feel I was being listened too.Each time I spoke with Mohammad, he promised to look into my issue and keep me update,which he has done.I felt that Mohammad was going above and beyond to help me and to reassure me that the issue was getting looked into as he said, he would personally keep updated with making sure my issue would get resolved and he did what he promised .I have say dealing with people over the phone Muhammad certainly did what he promised. He is a credit to your company and Ialso have to say that the service I received from Mohammad is the best service I've received from any company I've dealt with over the phone .Everything Mohammad saud he would do he did ,amazing customer service from Mohammad I would reccomend your company to everyone due to my experience with Mohammad, he is an asset to your company. Thank you Mohammad for listening to me and for all your time and help .

DO NOT USE!!! When you call the Legal Dept they do not answer the phone, despite saying they man the phones between 2 and 4pm!! You cannot leave a message because the answerphone is overloaded with unanswered messages. When you email they do not responded despite numerous attempts. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. You will have issues. We need to change ownership; communication is none existent and the purchase of the house fell through due to their total incompetence.

Extremely poor customer service. This company regularly send demand letters claiming to have contacted you on numerous occasions despite no communication. When you call them they do not answer the phone. You cannot leave a message because the answerphone is overloaded with unanswered messages. When you email they do not responded despite numerous attempts. Avoid at all costs. You will have issues. When we needed to change ownership a few years ago it exactly the same; communication is none existent and the sale of the house nearly fell through due to their total incompetence.

The engineer Tommy who visited was fantastic - fully explained everything he did, labelled our wires for us, was friendly and helpful. He was very understanding about our dog too. Highly recommend

had a letter from them asking me to contact them about changing my solar panel meter. I have been trying over the last 3 weeks and all you get is a voice mail saying that their message box is full. I have sent countless of e-mails asking them to contact me all of which have been ignored.

Don’t touch them - no access by phone - voice mail only and “all email boxes are full”. Then the call is ended. This includes the emergency number! We received a letter demanding their right of access to our property having claimed they had tried to contact us. But they did not even have a name on the account - just occupier. I’m going to start a complainants procedure!

Having just mived into a property woth solar panels . Tommy arrived this morning on time and very polite. He upgraded from 2G to 4G and explained what he was doing and why.Having no previous experience with solar panels he was very informative and now I totally understand. I have spent six months chasing Ecovision for the completion of documents, that I required for my mortgage, time and time again, I was told that it was being sorted, also that someone would phone me back with an update, none of this happened, again and again. I was extremely stressed and annoyed with this whole situation. One time was was even lied to, by one of their staff, telling me, that they given a big push to get the document signed, & it would all be sorted by the middle of the week. Well that time came & went, nothing, zero. Only when I again phoned them, I found out that guy had lied!. What kind of a company, does that to people who so frustrated & stressed, at the end of their tether. This company needs to review it's customer practices, and make some big changes.

I was driving my van to a local garage for it to be repaired, it went into limp mode meaning that it would only go at around 20mphA driver from Ecovision (Reg ending LXX) was behind me and could clearly see the issue I was having. Rather than driving right behind me or trying to overtake, they backed off by 50 yards or so, giving me some space which made the situation a lot less stressful. Thank you to this driver, you are a real asset to Ecovison

We would like to thank Paul and Andy for their recent work to fix a problem that had developed with our solar panels. Although the fault was not easy to find, they meticulously analysed each section and within a short time everything was working well.They turned up on time and were polite and courteous throughout, and tidied up before leaving. They also explained the fault to us and the repair they had done.A few days prior to the engineer's visit we had a call from Ecovision to check that this appointment was still convenient for us.Many thanks to Ecovision.

Long story short, if you don't have to get involved with this company then don't - the office/admin staff or whoever the people are that make phone calls and book appointments for this company are the most unorganised and unhelpful people I've ever had to deal with. If you'd like the full story of all the nonsense we've dealt with the last few months read on.We received a rather blunt voicemail several months ago to advise the meter at our home needs to be updated and an appointment had been booked for an engineer to attend. I called back to say that unfortunately the appointment they had made wouldn't be suitable and was met with a rather rude "well can you not just stay at home that day". I advised no we both work full time so cannot just stay at home whenever we want.. and eventually managed to confirm a different appointment.Not long after this we had another voicemail left for us to advise there was no engineer available that day afterall and that another appointment had been made on our behalf - this again was for a day that wasn't suitable. I called back to advise that once again this appointment they'd made for us wasn't suitable and changed it to a different date.I then received another call (the third from them by this point) to advise that that appointment was now booked too far in advance (it was booked for the next day that I was available to spend an entire morning away from work and I'd explained that to them at the time) and that they were pulling the appointment forward and had picked another date/time for us. I made yet ANOTHER phone call to them to explain that the new date they had chosen for us wasn't suitable and so it was moved back to the original date I had requested.After all this back and forth over appointments and them continually trying to reorganise things imagine my annoyance when the appointment time/day came and went and nobody had arrived. I phoned to query where the engineer was and was told that apparently we had never confirmed our appointment and so it had been cancelled and that apparently there were no records of any of the previous phone calls that I've had with the most infuriating team of people on the planet. I told the staff member that both myself and my partner had phoned that same week to confirm the day/time of the appointment and was met with a "no you didn't" and the implication that I was lying!I attempted to submit a complaint, scheduled an appointment for a new date (yesterday) and was told that there would be a note in the diary next to the appointment to confirm that a complaint had been submitted and that this appointment was not to be moved again.Surprise surprise, the appointment time came and went yesterday and, for a second time, nobody had arrived. When I phoned yet again to query if the engineer was running late or if something had happened I was told it was now in their schedule for early next week instead.I am now on to maybe the 5th or 6th appointment for trying to get whatever needs to be done to the meter completed with yet another date booked in for later this month with little to no expectation of seeing anyone that day either.Based on our experience and other reviews here there seems to be an ongoing issue with the office staff moving and cancelling appointments without telling you and then trying to treat you as if you're the idiot that's put the time/date down incorrectly.Unfortunately we have had no choice but to deal with this company since buying our house that already had the solar panels/agreement in place with them but all of this would certainly be enough to put me off buying another home in the future that have panels with ecovision.
